Behavior conditions

Behavior conditions are events users perform or do not perform, including session data. Your custom events are available as behavior conditions.

When you create an Audience, you add behavior and/or profile conditions to it in order to segment your user base. You can specify static or rolling date ranges for your Audience.

Try to re-engage users who haven't been using your app, delight your heavily engaged users, or get the attention of users who dropped out of your funnel. Here are a few examples of useful behavior conditions and offers you might send using them.

People who performed event Added to Cart and then People 
who did not perform event Complete Checkout

Send people who failed to complete checkout a reminder that they have items waiting in their carts and a coupon for 10% off items in their cart.

People who performed event Subscribe and People who did not 
have a session in the last 7 days

Send subscribers who have not engaged with your app in 7 days a reminder to come back and engage with the app.

People who performed event Read Article at least 5 times and 
People who did not perform event Subscribe 

Send non-subscribers who have engaged with your app multiple times a special offer to subscribe.
