Create a new campaign for any other integrated partner

Create a "goal URL" for your ad campaign in order to track user acquisition.

This redirection process is invisible to an end user, but it's important to complete, especially on iOS, because it enables Localyticsto record that an end user’s device-specific Advertising Identifier clicked on an ad.

  1. Navigate to the Attribution Dashboard and click New Campaign. Give your campaign a descriptive name and choose whichever acquisition sources will traffic your campaign.
    Some partners require Localytics to send additional details about your app, such as a partner-specified app identifier. If one of your partners requires any additional details about your app, you’ll be prompted to navigate to the Attribution Settings page to enable these specific channels and enter app-specific details.
  2. Click Save. Localytics generates a partner-specific redirect URL template.
  3. Copy this redirect URL template and give it to your acquisition partner.
    This will be the “goal URL” for your ad campaign. When an end user clicks on your ad, their device will visit this goal URL and Localytics will redirect the end user to the appropriate app store to download your app.
