To access the Campaign Builder, click Messaging and then
select New In-App Campaign.

Give your Campaign a unique name.

Decide whether you will send this campaign to Everyone,
a Saved Audience, or a New
Audience. If you choose to send a message to a specific
audience, there may be a short delay before it appears.
- If this campaign is for Everyone, go to Step
9.
- If this campaign is for a Saved Audience, select
the Audience. Then go to Step 9.
- If this campaign is for a New Audience, go to
Step 3.
Note: Audiences can be based on individual devices or on customer ID, which links a customer's
devices together so that you can target that customer across their devices. You
must have Profiles enabled in order to target using customer ID.
Choose whether you want to base your Audience on individual device behavior or
user behavior across devices.

To save your Audience to the Audiences screen, select Save audience
to re-use later?.

Note: You can only send in-app messages to iOS and Android devices.
If needed, choose your target platform.

Click Continue to Creatives.

Design your message. You can upload your own creative or design a message using the Message Builder.

Click Continue to Scheduling

Choose when to send the message.

You can select Session
Start or On Event. If you choose On Event,
you'll need to select the event you want to use to trigger the
message.

Choose the dates you want to start and end the message campaign. If you
don't select an end date, the campaign will run until you deactivate it
by entering an end date.

Click Continue and Confirm.

Review your campaign and make any needed edits. If there are any errors,
resolve them.

If you've integrated Test Mode, test your campaign by clicking Test
On Device and following the on-screen instructions.

When you're happy with the campaign you created, click
Activate.
Your in-app message campaign is now active! Pat yourself on the
back.
