Disable events you no longer need to track or that you need to temporarily turn
        off.
You must be an app owner.
Disabling events stops data collection for the event and its attributes. A disabled
event’s history is hidden in the dashboard; re-enabling an event starts data collection
again but all data sent while the event was disabled is permanently lost.
        -
In the Dashboard, navigate to .

-
Locate the app and event to disable.
You can select multiple apps but you must disable events on the individual
event level for each app that is selected, even if the same event name exists in
                    multiple apps.
-
                Click Disable.

                - The data is no longer pushed to S3 and will not be processed until the event is
                    re-enabled.
- Historical data is still accessible in S3.
- If an event is re-enabled, processing will resume, and the Dashboard will have a
hole in data from the time the event was disabled.
