Scope

The scope of a Profile tells you whether the Profile applies to the application you're working in or to your entire organization. App-level Profiles are only available in their designated app. Org-level Profiles are available to all apps in your organization and work across applications, so you can always target people based on their last time zone or country. This information is displayed in the dashboard with the designations org and app.
