Messaging reports help you understand how effective your messaging campaigns are and how to improve them. Access reports about your messaging campaigns in the Messaging dashboard.
Choose the dates your report covers in the date picker. Edit your campaign from the report using the edit button. Toggle between graph and table views using the View icon.
You can save a report by downloading a .csv file or .pdf file, adding the report to your dashboard, or scheduling emails. When you schedule emails, the report is emailed to the address in your profile daily, weekly, or monthly. To stop the emails, go to and click Unsubscribe.
Below the charts, you'll find your campaign's Performance. A campaign's change history is a list of all changes made to the campaign. You can see it by clicking Show Change History. View your creative at the bottom of the page.
