Filter and target using Profiles

Filter messaging or run filters based on automatic or custom profiles.

Use Profiles to target your customers based on their current Profile values. You can apply Profiles filters directly in the Profiles but you can also them in Messaging.

  1. Navigate to Profiles.
  2. Add one or more filters that include a string, are greater than, less than, or equal to a value, or are before or after a date.
  3. In Messaging, click New In-App Campaign or New Push Campaign.
  4. Select New Audience and then Add Profile Condition.
  5. Select a custom or automatic profile.
  6. Click Continue to Creatives and continue building and scheduling your message.
    Sends a message to your filtered audience.
